The Portuguese Philharmonic Orchestra returns to the TEJO room at the Altice Arena with the Spring Concert, which celebrates its five years of existence.
Under the direction of Maestro Osvaldo Ferreira and the participation of Soprano Cristiana Oliveira, this concert reinforces the offer of classical music in the city of Lisbon, with the orchestra and conductor that have already won the public’s affection.
With a program full of several opera arias and essential works of classical music, we will witness a friendly dialogue between the conductor, his orchestra, the soloist and the audience.

MAESTRO OSVALDO FERREIRA
Osvaldo Ferreira, is currently the Artistic Director of the Portuguese Philharmonic Orchestra. He has performed with over 30 orchestras internationally in cities such as Berlin, Vienna, Prague, London, S. Paulo, Seville, Rio de Janeiro, Nuremberg, S. Petersburg and Warsaw, among others.
Altice Arena is already the home of Maestro Osvaldo Ferreira and his Orchestra, as in addition to the six editions of the New Year’s Great Concert, they also attended the memorable concert celebrating the 40th anniversary of Xutos e Pontapés’ career.
The year 2022 marks the international debut of the OFP in the main halls of Paris (Théâtre des Champs-Elysées and UNESCO Grand Auditorium), within the scope of the Portugal-France Crusade Season and the celebrations of the International Day of the Portuguese Language.
SOPRANO CRISTIANA OLIVEIRA
Cristiana Oliveira is one of the most eminent Portuguese opera singers today, singing regularly with the most important Portuguese orchestras, at the São Carlos National Theater and at the Music Days, at the Belém Cultural Center. She has also performed with great success in some of the main European venues.
Born in Braga, where she began her musical studies of Piano and Violin, she has a degree in Singing from the Escola Superior de Música e Artes do Espetáculo do Porto.
