Saturday afternoons at Cinemateca are Double Bill, with two films presented in a single session, a single ticket and a 30-minute break between them. Created in 2015, this regular section resumed a “tradition” from the American thirties of the Great Depression, bringing into this “model” the ultimate logic of cinema programming: establishing bridges between films, putting them in dialogue, proposing rhymes and a more or less declared assembly.
February’s four “double bills” focus on invisible or elusive threats.
